1. Open your settings and check that you are logged in to the account that purchased the app, if you are not, please log in.

2. How to completely shut down an app

- Open your device's Settings app.

- Tap Apps & notifications.

- Tap the app.

- If you don't see it, first tap See all apps or App info.

- Tap Force stop.

3. Reopen the app, it should be unlocked, if not, please contact us.
