Please try rebooting the app:


1. Log out of your Edoki Academy account (if you were logged in)


2. Open the App Store on your device and check that you are logged in to the account that is paying the subscription. If you are logging into a second device, make sure that you have created your Edoki account on the device that is paying for the subscription.


3. Close the app, so that it’s not running on the background. (Swipe the app towards the top of the screen). 

 

4. Reopen the app and sign into your Edoki account. The content should start downloading.
