We are very sorry but it looks like our server was temporarily down but the good news is that it back up and running. 

The best way to access the content is to delete the app and re-download it from the App Store. 
Please make sure that you create an Edoki Academy account in the app settings before deleting the app, otherwise, your child’s progress will be lost.
